If you need your Earlham transcripts sent somewhere, please complete this form and submit it. During the school year, transcript requests could take up to 5 business days. During the summer months, transcript requests could take up to 2 weeks.

If you have taken classes at DMACC while in high school, you will need to have them send your transcript to the school of your choice. If you submit it online it is free, if you mail or fax your request it will cost $5.00.

Your FAFSA can be filled out after October 1st. In order to receive financial aid, it is required that you fill out your FAFSA. Below are some free events where you can get professional help getting your FAFSA filled out!

Steps to Create an FSA ID
What websites will utilize the FSA ID?
These websites will utilize the FSA ID as part of the login process:

- When logging in to one of the websites listed above, click the link to create an FSA ID.
- Create a username and password, and enter your e-mail address.
- Enter your name, date of birth, Social Security number, contact information, and challenge questions and answers.
- If you have a Federal Student Aid PIN, you will be able to enter it and link it to your FSA ID. You can still create an FSA ID if you have forgotten or do not have a PIN.
- Review your information, and read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Confirm your e-mail address using the secure code, which will be send to the e-mail address you entered when you created your FSA ID. Once you verify your e-mail address, you can use it instead of your username to log in to the websites.

Iowa College Access Network is a free organization that helps plan for college & assist you in finding financial aid. You can schedule and appointment and have them help you fill out your FAFSA for free!
Cash Course is a website that serves as an online guide to making financial decisions. Some universities are starting to require the course, but it is a great tool to utilize before going to college.
LendEDU Financial Aid Hotline
LendEDU is focused on promoting financial literacy through free educational resources. Most of the resources focus on financial aid, student loans, college budgeting, etc. They even have a free college scholarship search available for students. LendEDU launched a new tool to help students and families navigate financial aid, scholarships, grants, and student loans.
The tool, known as LendEDU Financial Aid Hotline , is a free text-in service designed to quickly answer any question related to financial aid, grants, scholarships, and student loans.Simply text-in your financial aid questions to the hotline at (302) 278-4037, and you will receive a detailed response from our team within 15 minutes!
During non-business hours, students and families can receive detailed responses within 24 hours. The LendEDU Financial Aid Hotline is a free service paid for and managed by the LendEDU team.

NCAA Bound Students
Thinking about playing sports in college? Take a look at the website to make sure that you are on the right track and to get any questions answered. Certain classes will not transfer to the NCAA clearinghouse, so you need to be sure that you are taking the right classes now. Grades are important for college athletics!
DMACC AA Degree Offerings
Des Moines Area Community College is continually striving to better inform students and parents regarding their participation in DMACC concurrent enrollment programming. In an effort to do so, DMACC is attempting to provide the attached AA Degree Tracker as part of our informational packet for students and parents. The AA Degree Tracker is individualized for each school and notes the DMACC concurrent enrollment offerings available to students at each location. This form is specific to Liberal Arts coursework and does not specifically list CTE courses, as that information is currently communicated in a different format.

RAI (Regents Admissions Index)
In Iowa, the three Regents Universities (Iowa, Iowa State, & UNI) require a RAI score of 245 for automatic admission. If you do not meet the score of 245, you may still be admitted it is just not automatic. Here is how to calculate it.
