About Ms. Selby
My name is Kayla Selby and I am currently in my 4th year as the 7-12th grade counselor at Earlham Schools. I grew up in DeWitt, Iowa and decided to pursue both my education and track and field career at the University of Northern Iowa. I graduated in May of 2012 with my Bachelor's degree in Sociology, a minor in Coaching, and a certificate in Family and the Life Course. I decided to spend a couple more years there, and I earned my Master's degree in School Counseling in December of 2014.
Along with being a school counselor, I also am the high school student council advisor, middle school assistant volleyball coach, and middle school girls head track & field coach.
When I have free time (which is pretty rare) I enjoy taking my dog Drake to the park, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, and spending time with my family.
